Child Safety Standards

Huntapp (the “App”) is committed to providing a safe environment and protecting all persons under the age of 18 (hereinafter “children”) by enforcing a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The App is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older, and minors are strictly prohibited from using the platform.

These Child Safety Standards are publicly available and outline the policies, enforcement procedures, reporting mechanisms, and designated point of contact, which apply to all users and all content within the App.

  1. Prohibited Content and Behaviors

HuntApp strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The following content and behaviors are not permitted on the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Creation, Possession, Sharing, Distribution, or Solicitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), also known as child pornography, including obtaining, possessing, offering, transferring, making available, producing, distributing, trading, or making such material accessible to the public.
  • Sexual content involving children or any sexualized depiction of a child.
  • Harassment, grooming, coercion, manipulation, sextortion, human trafficking, or any sexualized and/or exploitative behavior directed at children.
  • Any conduct or activity that endangers the safety or well-being of a child, whether online or offline.
  • Any account, content, or behavior that violates these standards is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate enforcement actions, including content removal, account suspension or permanent ban, and, where required, reporting to the appropriate authorities.
  1. Moderation, Enforcement, and Reporting to Authorities
  • Prompt action: Upon learning of CSAE, HuntApp quickly removes or restricts content and may suspend or terminate involved account(s).

  • Legal compliance: We comply with all applicable laws, including the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), and report confirmed CSAE to relevant authorities, including national, regional, or international child protection bodies.

  • Data preservation: Relevant data will be retained to the extent and for the duration permitted by law to support investigations and protect users. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

  • Continuous improvement: Detection, review, and moderation processes are regularly refined to prioritize user safety.

In-app reporting: You can submit a report by tapping the three dots in the top right corner of any advertisement, social profile, or hunter profile.

Immediate danger: If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first.

  1. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

Huntapp complies with all applicable child protection laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate. We report confirmed instances of CSAE to the relevant authorities and fully cooperate with any lawful requests.

  1. Consequences for Violations

Violations of Huntapp’s child protection and safety standards may result in:

  • Immediate removal of violating content.
  • Account suspension or termination.
  • Restriction of access to Huntapp services.
    Reporting to relevant authorities, when required or appropriate.

The App reserves the right to update these standards as needed to maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and platform requirements.
